Question about Allstate car insurance and how they've been stalking me?

Major insurance companies do not need to scam customers since they make enough money just collecting premium payments. If all the advertisements about how much I could save were true, they would need to pay me each year. I don't pay as much as they claim they can save me. I do have a major companies coverage. I just don't combine all my policies such as car, home and life insurance.
