How can i save my Amphiprion ocellaris clown fish from swim bladder disease.?

How can I save my Amphiprion ocellaris clownfish from swim bladder disease? He got this way from ick. I got him in a quarantine tank and gave him medication (Lifeguard all in one marine remedy) for 5 days and nothing changed, he still has ick and now he’s swimming on his side on top of the tank.
