Why is Dr. Karan Singh silent on Kashmir affairs ? Does he want indiscriminate killings by army to continue?

He is the son of the so called last king (Hari Singh) of the state. He knows well the legal status of the state & Indian presence there too. He is living in costliest area of New Delhi. His address is : 3 Nyay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021, India. Earlier, he was writing too much in letters column in his esteemed daily 'PIONEER' till November, 1995 when a short letter appeared in that raising questions about RSS role in J & K's false accession & legality of Indian claim demolishing his all previous nonsense based things. It is surprising that he is keeping quiet & watching large number of schoolboys being killed by Indian army having sweeping powers to do anything unaccounted having no parallel even in Indian states. Earlier, he claimed himself to be a champion of justice for people of Kashmir & actually criticised Indian army for worst ever human rights violations in the disputed state. What made him silent at this critical juncture ?
