Its very common to found male to female s in India but not female to male s, whys is it?

Its not very uncommon to sight a mtf , hijras(EUNUCHS) in India, but not the converse of it....i.e., female to male s.....why is it so... Is it because these FTM tg are afraid that they would be abused...Are the frequency of prevalence of FTM is infinitesimally small that they are a thing of rarity.
