What are the 'attractive/unattractive' types of ?

My friend said she found a thread on 4chan that showed all these different ways that a girl's could look, and that there are ones that are more attractive and ones that are kind of ... freakish. Naturally, I'm a bit concerned...I don't really know what they're supposed to look like or what they can look like, so I was wondering... has anybody seen this post or one like it? I'm really curious now.
