Am i the only 1, or do others feel that there are things that underlay the whole Raoul Moat incidents ?

The key question on the manner of Moat's death is whether the discharge of the tasers caused his muscles to contract and fired off the fatal shot. It is also whether the Police were aware of the effect of firing those Tasers would be. If they are not approved for use by the Home office they should not have been used - it should have been done by conventional firearms officers.
