Exactly what does Obama ........?

Apparently; the Obama campaign seems to running on a slogan of " change " " ?? --- I have also heard other numerous meaningless rhetoric & euphemisms coming out of Obama's camp indicating that a vote for Obama is a vote for a Candidate who is " bold & fresh " & will " look to the future " but NOBODY including Obama has been able to explain EXACTLY what Obama means when he uses these terms ? ?----- Can ANYONE explain EXACTLY what Obama's policies are ? ?? WHY has Obama NOT explained exactly what this change encompes & exactly what he believes it will do to benefit the US ??? --- I am seeking answers because I have heard NOTHING of any SUBSTANCE come from Obama to date.---- Does Obama actually have a platform ?? ---If so, what does Obama's platform consist of ???
