I need some ones help!?

OK my brother and sister in law, got their two babys taken away on may 21 of 2011, one of the babys had two broken ribs and was malnutrition, My brother and his wife just got taken to jail 2 days ago. They live in WV im in MI............ I have a one bedroom apt.. Do you think i could give my niece my bed and get the baby boy a crib in the same room???????? And i just sleep on the couch in the living room? Until i get a bigger place? And do you think i could even stand a chance on getting them here with me????? Someone please help me...
