My son refuses circision?

No you can't and he could take you to court if you try to force him, there is a case like that at the moment, I don't think it has been decided yet but he definitely has a case. I think he has a right to his whole body and it's very reasonable he doesn't want to be circised. Also, if he made a fuss most doctors would refuse to do it anyway, because he could possibly sue them after he turned 18 even if you consented. Leave him alone and make his own choice.
