What is the purpose of the Ninth Amendment?

We have lost most of our rights in 2007 and they keep happening, soon we will have no rights at all, no matter what the Constitution says, unless we the people of the USA, stand up for our selves and take them back, this is the job of the MEN of this nation, the ones in DC are not men, they are dawg's tearing up our nation, Until we take our nation back, we will continue to fall..................
