What does it mean when someone says "you look SEMITIC"?

Semitic refers to Jews and arabs and perhaps others from the Middle East. He was saying that Stossel physically resembles people from that area where dark hair, darker complexion and longer noses are characteristic. The implication was that Stossel could very well be singled out as a suspected terrorist if racial profiling is widely implemented.
